Andrea Hartranft believes everyone should have access to and benefit from quality light in their environments.

She applies expertise gained since 1986 to design for commercial, municipal, institutional and residential markets. Her projects include high-end public places, energy-efficient workplaces, and cost-driven renovations, receiving international lighting design awards from the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD) and the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES), as well as AIA awards at the regional and national level.

She is the immediate past President of the IALD. Andrea has a passion for lighting education, teaching about the art and science of light for K-12 students, collegians and working professionals.
